Rob and Steve’s Confectioners began as a small bakery, based in Waterford City almost ten years ago. The father-daughter duo, Stephen and Amy, founded the bakery – which they called ‘Cupcake Couture’. As the bakery’s reputation and popularity grew, so did their need for a bigger space.
So, a couple of years after opening the bakery, they decided to move. They relocated from Barrack Street to Lower Yellow Road, Waterford City. Exactly where you can find them today!
A couple of years after founding the bakery with Stephen, Amy decided to take a step back from management. This allowed Stephen’s son, Robert, to take the helm alongside Stephen. And thus, ‘Rob and Steve’s Confectioners‘ was established.
Rob and Steve’s Confectioners is a family-owned and family-run bakery that prides themselves on their premium quality confections and bespoke cake designs. Amy is still very much part of the team, using her talents to create exceptional custom cakes for all occasions.
Every morning in the bakery, Rob and Steve bake a wide variety of confections, pastries, and cakes, using recipes that have been in the family for generations. Baking is in their blood.
