Description

Our buttercream slices are the perfect accompaniment for an afternoon cup of tea.  We bake each of our buttercream slices fresh every morning, and our expert bakers decorate them with love and care. Therefore, you get the freshest buttercream slices possible.

We pair our light and fluffy sponge with rich buttercream to make delightful treats that are sure to have you licking your lips!

If you would like to try out buttercream slices, we recommend ordering them in advance for collection or delivery.  We bake our sweet treats fresh every morning, that’s means that when they’re gone, they’re gone – and they don’t last long! However, if you order in advance, we custom make your order – meaning you don’t miss out!

Choose From a Wide Range of Buttercream Slices:

Chocolate: chocolate sponge, layered with chocolate buttercream.

Coffee: coffee flavoured sponge, layered with coffee buttercream.

Red Velvet: red velvet flavoured sponge, layered with a vanilla buttercream, and topped with a dusting of red velvet crumbs. 

Oreo: chocolate sponge, layered with ore-infused vanilla buttercream, and topped with crushed Oreos and chocolate drizzle.

Carrot: moist carrot speckled sponge, topped with cream cheese, and chopped walnuts.

Lemon Drizzle: zesty, lemon flavoured sponge, topped with citrus lemon-infused royal icing, and lemon zest to decorate.

Kinder Bueno: chocolate sponge, layered with Nutella-infused buttercream, topped with Kinder Bueno bites and a hazelnut drizzle.

Nutella & Salted Caramel: chocolate sponge, layered with Nutella, and salted caramel buttercream. Topped with Nutella drizzle.

Vanilla: vanilla sponge, layered with vanilla flavoured buttercream, topped with colourful sprinkles.

Mikado: vanilla sponge, layered with marshmallow flavoured buttercream. Topped with strawberry jam and a sprinkling of desiccated coconut – just like our favourite Mikado biscuits.

Brownie: moist chocolate sponge, topped with a dusting of icing sugar.

Chocolate Fudge Brownie: moist chocolate sponge, topped with indulgent chocolate fudge.

Chesterbread: a spiced fruit filling, sandwiched between two slices of thick, buttery pastry.

Our classic confections are sold individually, or you can also opt for a platter of assorted treats. We provide a range of fresh cream slices and buttercream slices in our platters. Therefore, there’s something there for everyone! We halve each fresh cream slice, and buttercream slice to make bitesize treats. They’re perfect for meetings, gatherings, or you can also share them with your loved ones.
