Fresh Cream Slices

Description

Experienced bakers prepare our fresh cream slices every morning. To make our signature treats, we only use the finest ingredients. For our fresh cream slices, we use delicate puff pastry, light sponges, and fluffy whipped cream.

Choose From a Wide Range of Fresh Cream Slices:

Vanilla Slice: two layers of delicate puff pastry filled with custard and cream, topped with royal icing and a drizzle of melted Belgian chocolate

Cream and Jam Doughnut: a traditional light, long doughnut, filled with whipped cream and strawberry jam

Chocolate Eclair: choux pastry filled with custard and whipped cream, topped with chocolate fudge

Cream and Jam Sponge: vanilla sponge, layered with fresh cream and strawberry jam. 

Vanilla Slice Doughnut: a round doughnut, filled with custard and whipped cream. We then top our vanilla slice doughnuts with royal icing and a drizzle of melted Belgian chocolate.

Black Forest Gateau: chocolate sponge, layered with black cherries and whipped cream with whipped cream and crushed  chocolate

Cream and Apple Puff: layers of puff pastry, filled with stewed apple and whipped cream, topped with a dusting of icing sugar

Cream and Jam Puff: layers of puff pastry, filled with strawberry jam and whipped cream, topped with a dusting of icing sugar

Banofie Pie: buttery biscuit base, filled with caramel and a layer of banana, topped with a swirl of whipped cream and crushed chocolate.

Vanilla Slice & Nutella Doughnut: a long, light doughnut, filled with custard and whipped cream. Topped with royal icing and a drizzle of Nutella.

Our classic confections are sold individually, or you can opt for a platter of assorted treats. We provide a range of fresh cream slices and buttercream slices in our platters, so there’s something there for everyone. We halve each fresh cream slice, and buttercream slice to make bitesize treats that are perfect for meetings, gatherings, or to share with your loved ones.
